THE JOB

 

Play a key role in the successful delivery of integrated business automations solutions for our current client base, employing expertise within RPA, Workflow solutions, Rule systems and ai/ML. Clients will range from large multi-national enterprises to niche organisations, and projects include client focused short-term initiatives as well as major transformation programmes.

THE MUST-HAVES

• At least 7+ years of overall IT experience

• At least 5 years of experience in BPM or RPA (UIPath) or BRMS.

• At least 5 years of experience with process design definition, analysis, requirements refinement and implementation.

• At least 5 years of experience with solution development following a formal/structured methodology

• At least 5 years of application development experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS)

• At least 3 year of experience in combining automation technologies and a solid understanding of the roles each of the tools play in business automation.

• At least 5 years of experience with web application development using JavaScript, Angular JS, Dojo, HTML, XSLT, CSS, Java, and WebSphere Application Server (WAS) or other tools

• Experience with integration of REST/SOAP Services

• System architecture/design experience

• Fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages and in English.

THE NICE-TO-HAVES

​

• Familiarity with other technologies such as ECM, RPA, ODM, VB.Net, .Net.

• Prior client facing experience in expert delivery capability – (e.g. process analysis incl. mapping of as is, and design of to be process).

• Familiarity with Chatbots, Virtual Agents

• Good communication skills.

• Good understanding of generic business work.

• Self-learning capability.
