ABP Global Ltd (Group) is made up of different legal entities. This Policy is issued on behalf of the Group. When we say “ABP Consultancy” we mean the relevant entity responsible for processing your data.

In accordance with Section 11 of the Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (the "Law"), you are hereby informed that the personal data you provide is collected and stored in a database held by us. Please be advised that under Section 13 of the Law, you are entitled, to review the Personal Data held about you in our database. If you find that the Personal Data is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, you may request its amendment or deletion in accordance with Section 14 of the Law. The Personal Data may be transferred to third parties only for the purposes described above, or as required by law.
