THE JOB

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Developer and Technical Trainer to play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of Automation professionals. You will combine your deep expertise in RPA development with your passion for teaching to impart practical knowledge and skills to aspiring Automation enthusiasts. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip students with the skills and expertise required to excel in the field of Automation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Curriculum Development: Develop and maintain a structured curriculum for RPA training programs, ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices.

• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions and hands-on labs for students, covering various aspects of RPA development, including process automation, bot development, and integration with other technologies.

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, assisting them in understanding complex Automation concepts, troubleshooting issues, and developing real-world automation solutions.

• Course Materials: Create and update training materials, including presentations, documentation, code examples, and exercises, to support the learning process.

• Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate students' progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and knowledge.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to students during and after training to ensure successful project implementation.

THE MUST-HAVES

​

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an RPA developer.

• In-depth knowledge of RPA platforms such as UiPath, BluePrism, Power Automate.

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C#, or Java.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Prior experience in teaching or training is a plus.

• Blue Prism certification is highly desirable.
