THE JOB

 

ABP is seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the communication, coordination, and execution (delivery leader) of the projects. This role must be aligned with the project sponsor, stakeholders, project teams and billing management to make sure that the project goals are reached. It will report to the Principal Consultant.

DAY-TO-DAY ASSIGNMENTS

  • Determine define and Manage project scope and objectives;

  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives,

  • Manage resources in an effective and efficient manner;

  • Prepare and manage budget based on scope of work and resource requirements;

  • Track project costs in order to meet budget;

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan;

  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress;

  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables;

  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution; · Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed;

  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

THE MUST-HAVES

  • Strong technical development background with relevant experience;

  • 3 years of project management and related experience;

  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively;

  • Proven track record of project management using software tools, methodologies ( Agile + Waterfall ), and best practices;

  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.

 

THE NICE-TO-HAVES

  • PMP or Prince 2 certification; 

  • Excellent analytical skills;

  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful;

  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
