THE JOB

 

Play a key role in the successful delivery of integrated business automations solutions for our current client base, employing expertise in technologies such as BPM. Clients will range from large multi-national enterprises to niche organisations, and projects include client focused short-term initiatives as well as major transformation programmes.

DAY-TO-DAY ASSIGNMENTS

  • Design, develop, and test solutions to automate business processes, activities, and tasks through BPM and enhanced workflow automation platforms.

  • Participate in requirements gathering and design through client meeting, interviews, and workshops.

  • Build and maintain sets of business processes and assets for multiple projects and clients.

  • Plan and participate in deployment of a BPM solution, including integration with 3rd party systems, UI design and process-level flow to meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and performance.

  • Provide technical direction on design considerations, including performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and auditability.

  • Provide coding, testing and implementation support.

THE MUST-HAVES

  • Prior client facing experience

  • Experience on working with BPM (at least 2 years)

  • Strong BPM expertise (in one or several of the following: IBM BPM, Pega, Appian, Bizagi, QPR, Kofax BPM )

  • Middle-ware integration solution, including REST API, SOAP Web Service, IBM MQ, JMS, MDB, etc.

  • Strong communication & collaboration skills

  • Fluency in several programming languages

  • Highly Fluent in English writing and talking skills

 

THE NICE-TO-HAVES

  • Familiarity with IBM Organizational Decision Manager, IBM FileNet, IBM Case Manager

  • Expertise to help clients enhance their automation capabilities (can include analysis, training delivery)

  • Java/J2EE experience

  • RDBMS knowledge

  • Good communication skills.

  • Good understanding of generic business work.

  • Self-learning capability.
