Business Analyst



The ABP Business Analyst is responsible for working with our Advisory & Consultancy function, clients & external partners to identify suitable business processes for automation. As a Business Analyst you will lead the requirements gathering work-stream within an ABP project using industry standards/methods to help our clients create tangible business opportunities through automation. You will also be responsible for supporting our clients embed and operational their automation solutions through leading User Acceptance Testing and Post-Go Live implementation plans. Additional responsibilities include supporting the ABP Leadership team in developing new propositions and proving insights on client engagements for future sales. 


  • Experience of utilizing process mapping solutions such as IBM Blueworks & Microsoft Visio to effectively capture client process requirements.

  • Experience of lean process improvement/relevant consulting practices.

  • Experience of managing improvement initiatives and working independently with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.

  • Comfortable working with senior management in a range of industry and environments.

  • Broad Understanding of core automation capabilities Business Process Management & Robotics Process Automation.

  • RDBMS knowledge.

  • Expertise to help clients enhance their automation capabilities (can include architecture decisions, analysis, training delivery).

  • Familiarity with other areas such as ECM, RPA, Rules Engine.

  • Strong communication & collaboration skills.

  • Fluency in several programming languages… and English.


  • Prior client facing experience as solutions architect.

  • Familiarity with Chatbots, Virtual Agents.

  • Experience configuring automation solutions using core workflow principles.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Good understanding of generic business work.

  • Self-learning capability.
