THE JOB

 

Play a key role in the successful delivery of integrated business automations solutions for our current client base, employing expertise in technologies such as RPA. Clients will range from large multi-national enterprises to niche organisations, and projects include client focused short-term initiatives as well as major transformation programmes.

Day to day assignments:

​

• Design, develop, and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks through RPA and enhanced workflow automation platforms.

• Participate in requirements gathering and design through client meeting, interviews, and workshops.

• Build and maintain sets of automations for multiple projects and clients.

• Plan and participate in deployment of RPA platform components, including bots, orchestrators, development tools, and systems integrations, to meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and performance.

• Provide technical direction on design considerations, including performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and auditability.

THE MUST-HAVES

​

• Bs.c In Computer Science / Indutrial Engineering

• Prior client facing experience

• Strong RPA expertise (in one or several of the following : UiPath, Blue Prism, Kryon, Automation Anywhere)

•  Strong communication & collaboration skills

• Fluency in several programming languages (Java, Python, etc)

• Highly Fluent in Hebrew and English writing and talking skills

 

THE NICE-TO-HAVES

​

• Prior client facing experience

• Expertise to help clients enhance their automation capabilities (can include analysis, training delivery)

• Experience configuring automation solutions using core workflow principles - RDBMS knowledge

• Familiarity with other areas such as BPM, ECM, Rules Engine, Datacap

• Good communication skills.

• Good understanding of generic business work.
