THE JOB
Provide technical support to client solutions, integrated in a team. The successful candidate will be innovative, energetic, and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly. Clients will range from large multi-national enterprises to niche organisations, and projects include client focused short-term initiatives as well as major transformation programmes.
THE MUST-HAVES

Strong technical skills.

ECM and BPM concepts.

Experience / skills related to operating systems and virtualization (Windows, Linux, AIX, VMware).

Strong problem determination / problem isolation skills.

Strong communication & collaboration skills.
-
Fluency in several programming languages… and English.
THE NICE-TO-HAVES
-
Prior client facing experience as a support team member.

Knowledge installing and administering IBM ECM and BPM software.

Familiarity with other areas such as RPA, Rules Engine among others.

Good communication skills.

Good understanding of generic business work

Self-learning capability.
