THE JOB

 

The ABP BPM Developer will perform a role in the delivery of integrated business automations solutions for our current client base, employing expertise such as IBM BPM. Clients will range from large multi-national enterprises to niche organisations, and projects. Must want to develop skills on long term projects, that have the potential to scale across multiple clients and geographies. A strong wish to learn complementary automation technologies is needed to succeed in this job.

THE MUST-HAVES

​

• IBM BAW expertise (Backend and Frontend) or other BPM and workflow solutions

• Expertise to help clients enhance their automation capabilities (can include training delivery)

• Strong communication & collaboration skills to deliver against project/programme outcomes

• Fluency in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages

 

THE NICE-TO-HAVES

​

• Familiarity with other technologies such as ECM, RPA, ODM, .Net.

• Prior client facing experience in expert delivery capability – (e.g. process analysis incl. mapping of as is, and design of to be process).

• Familiarity with Chatbots, Virtual Agents

• Good communication skills.

• Good understanding of generic business work.

• Self-learning capability.
